Tempered glass also called toughed safety glass, has a very good performance of anti-curve, anti-hitting, 3 to 6 times stronger than normal glass. It can afford pressure over 95MPa on the surface. It has high stability even under temperature changing from 200 to 300. While normal glass can only afford change of 70-100. It becomes small sand shape if is broken under big force, which guarantee safety and less loss.
Tempered glass is manufactured with a thermal process that makes it harder than standard glass. Because its durability and other properties, tempered glass is often referred to as safety glass.

Heat strengthened safety glass is also available. It does not have spontaneous breakage problem though less strong
Considering the characteristics of tempered glass, the size should be confirmed before making production. Once tempered glass size is confirmed, can not be made mechanical treatment any more, and otherwise, it will be broken.
Tempered glass can be further processed into tempered insulated glass, and tempered laminated glass, low e tempered, tempered glass doors and windows.
