Functional Performance Characteristics:
Double silver Low-E coated glass is a more complex high performance specialty coated glass, incorporated two layers of silver oxide coatings. The double silver coated glass has the following functional performance characteristics:
1. High amount of visible light transmission: Provides natural illumination while creating a neutral outside appearance.
2. Very low shading coefficient: This reduces the quantity of heat radiation from the sun, especially infrared heat radiation, that enters a building.
3. Very low U Value (heat gain or loss): Proper insulation greatly reduces both summer heat gain and winter heat loss.
Production Application: Adaptable to a wide range of climates and geographic regions.
Temperable Low-E Glass
The soft-coated metallic layers are relatively unstable; Hence it usually needs to be used in the insulated Glass unit within a short period. We have been able to improve the adhesions between different coated layers and the stability of the layer structure so that the soft-coated Low-E glass can be subjected to tempering or further processing.

Low E Glass
Low Emissivity Coated Glass, or Low E Glass, is made by employing a vacuum magnetron sputtering coating technique to generate metal or compound layers on the glass surface. The coating machine must have a very high technical control precision and a very strong production capacity due to the complex structure of the coatings.
Our low-E glass options include Double Silver Low-E, High Transmittance Low-E, and Solar Control Low-E. With its approval for heat treatment, our Temperable Low E Glass introduced certain elements and architectures.
Additionally, our Temperable Offline Low E Glass can be treated at a different location. After nine months with the vacuum aluminum film wrapping, the glass is still in good shape and suitable for long-distance travel. From a distance, the process appears to be very straightforward because the coating is protected by film.
The properties of low-E glass are caused by the silver coating. Silver oxidation causes low-E glass to lose its low-emissivity function. Therefore, rather than being exposed to the air directly, low-E glass should be formed into insulating glass units for use.

Online LOW-E Coated Glass introduction
Online LOW-E Coated Glass is a new type of energy-efficient glass that has a high reflection of far-infrared heat radiation. Online LOW-E coated glass is produced by continuously pyrolyzing coating materials at high temperatures utilizing CVD and MOCVD coating processes in order to deposit coating materials on the surface of glass substrates moving inside a tin bath and black-out furnace. Because the glass is continuously coated online at a high temperature without requiring extra heating, cleaning, or drying, it may be produced in large quantities at a low cost.
