There are a couple of ways to get different patterns onto the glass.
1. Paint Glass
It is by different colored paints onto the glass surface, and go through high temperature heating process so that the paint is durable onto the glass surface. This type of glass is to be cutted, grinded, polished, drilled holes and widely using in decoration glass area. For instance, kitchen splash back glass, office partitions, glass walls.
2. Silkscreen printing enamel glass
Unlike the paint glass, it is another type of paint, normally not only 100% painting, it could also reach different patterns like dots, lines, as long as the silkscreen printing mold is set. After process of drying and agglomeration, the Silk Screen pattern designs will be agglomerated permanently on the glass surface. Glass is unable to be cut further. The sizes must be cut ready prior to silkscreen printing process.
3. Digit printing glass
The digit printing glass is another way to reach patterns/colors onto the glass. The digit print glass machine BNG use is from Diptech from Israel. Multipal colors could be printed onto glass at same time. ( The last two ways mentioned above only allow one color printing at one same time).
The color and pattern from digit printing process is more vivid. It also need tempering progress to make it durable.
BNG offers 5 years warrantee for the glass mentioned above.
