Slip Resistant safe Stair Tempered Glass
Tempered glass are made by forming compressive stress on the surface of the glass and heating the glass up to its intenerating temperature and then make the glass uniform cooling quickly. During the process of cooling, the exterior part of the glass is solidified because of the rapid cooling, while the interior part of the glass shrinks because of slow cooling, then forming compressive stress on the surface of the glass and tensile stress inside the glass, thus improving the intensity and heat stability of the glass.
Toughened glass can be with holes or cutouts to process into toughened laminated glass, toughened insulated glass, etc.

Considering the characteristics of tempered refrigerator glass, glass size should be confirmed before making production. Once tempered glass size is confirmed, toughened glass can not be made mechanical treatment any more, and otherwise it will be broken.

Tempered glass/Toughened glass/ Strengthened glass can afford pressure over 95MPa on the surface. Tempered glass/Toughened glass/ Strengthened glass has high stability even under temperature change of 200-300 centigrade, while normal glass can only afford change of 70-100 centigrade Toughened glass becomes small sand shape if toughened glass is broken under big force, which guarantee safety and less loss.
