Low E Glass for Curtain Wall
(Low e glass) is a kind of specialty glass with excellent functional performance characteristics of solar control. Such glass is generally coated with multi-layers of metal oxides and some other materials, designed to allow transmission of high level of visible light, and reflect UV and infrared radiations. In order to satisfy customers' diverging demands for Low e glass installation under different climatic conditions, a full range of Low e glass products are produced, covering High Transmittance Low e glass; High Shading Low e Glass; Double Silver Low e glass; Temperable Low e glass.

Normal Sizes |
250X250mm to 3300X18000mm |
Quality Standard |
Comply with China GB11614-2009, Europe EN572 and Russia GOST 111-2001. |
Description |
Tempered glass is produced by heating annealed glass in a furnace
to 620° . Progressing from the furnace, the glass is rapidly cooled
with jets of cold air, inducing compressive stresses to the surface while the center remains tensile. Stronger resistance to thermal breakage
than annealed or heat strengthened glass. If breakage occurs the
glass breaks up into small, cubical fragments, which are not
threatening to humans. |
Advantages |
1. When glass is external damage, debris is small, not easy to
causeharm to human.
2. Toughened glass has good thermal stability, can bear the temperature difference is common glass 3 times
3. Can withstand 200 temperature difference of change. |

Competitive Advantage:
1\The overall process combines equipment from world leading suppliers: VON ARDENNE for coating and control; BENTELER for cleaning and drying; HEGLA for complete glass panels handling. The optimum integration of these processes ensures an efficient and stable production of temperable off-line LOW E coated glass on a large scale
2\The main coating system incorporates unique gas separation and cathode deposition techniques. This enables the production of high quality temperable LOW E coated glass while offering a range of options for colors and transmittance, according to customer's requests.
3\The unique design for coating deposition combined with the hard-wearing antioxidant protective layer gives off-line LOW E coated glass outstanding performance in severe downstream treatment processes such as cutting, edging, tempering and insulating. Furthermore, when a glass panel consists of both flat and curved surfaces, the color on both surfaces will match.
