Heat Strengthened Safety Glass:
Specifications:
Thickness: 3-22mm
Color: Clear, brown, blue, green, grey, etc.
Max specification:
Flat heat strengthened glass: 3300x12800mm
Bent heat strengthened glass: 3000*5000mm, R>400mm
Considering the characteristics of heat strengthened glass, glass size should be confirmed before making production. Once heat strengthened glass size is confirmed, heat strengthened glass can not be made mechanical treatment any more, otherwise, heat strengthened glass will be broken.
Heat strengthened glass can be with holes or cutouts to process into heat strengthened laminated glass, heat strengthened insulated glass, etc.
Applications:
Heat strengthened glass is safety glass, which is widely used as window glass, door glass, curtain wall glass, fencing glass in buildings, hotels, curtain wall, etc.
Competitive Advantage:
Tempered glass has a very good performance of anti-curve, anti-impact intensity, 3 to 6 times better than normal glass. Tempered glass can afford pressure over 95MPa on the surface. Tempered glass has high stability even under temperature change of 200-300 centigrade, while normal glass can only afford change of 70-100 centigrade. Tempered glass becomes small sand shape if heat strengthened glass is broken under big force, which guarantee safety and less loss.
Safety performance: Not easy to breakage, and could remain in frame when breakage.
Strength performance: Twice than ordinary glass
Heat stability performance: Could resist heat effectively, and avoid heat breakage
