8.3 Installation standard demand: Normally using Aluminum frame material, or can using stainless steel frame or black metal material according to the demand of the customer, when using the metal steel requests the best anti-corrosion.

Installation details:
1)Putting the first piece U shape glass swing towards the interior room, vertical upwards and inserting the end on the above frame.
2)After the first piece U shape glass being inserted on the above frame, then vertically softly puting into the below frame.
3)Putting the second piece U shape glass swing towards the exterior room, following the first piece vertically above to the above frame.
4)After the second piece U shape glass being inserted on the above frame, then vertically falling down, combine with the first piece U shape glass, and at the same time with one gap, this gap distance is the width of the swing.
1) Using the stainless screws fix the Aluminum Frame on the building.
2) Cleaning the interior of the U shape glass, then inserting into the Frame.
3) The stable function Buffer plastic parts, cutting it into relative length, and putting inside the fixed frame.
4) When the U shape glass being installed to the last piece, the width of the remaining hole can't hold the entire U shape glass, can cutting towards the direction of the length of the U shape glass to meet the remaining width. Inserting the cutted U shape glass into the Frame to install.
5) When the U shape glass being installed to the last 3 piece, can first putting 2pcs glass into the Frame, then install the third U shape glass closure clasp.
6) Adjusting the gap between each U shape glass to adjust the temperature, especially in the local area where the temperature year difference is large.
7) When the height of the U shape glass not arriving 5m, the acceptable gap for the vertical Frame is 5mm; When the horizon width of U shape glass not arriving 2m, the acceptable gap for the horizon part is 3mm; When the height of the U shape glass not arriving 6m, the acceptable gap for the artifacts across to the deflection is within 8mm.
9) The Elastic strap to putting into the gap of the Frame and glass, the touching area between strap, glass and Frame at least 12mm.
10) The gap between the Frame and glass, glass and glass, frame and the structure of the building, adding the glass glue Elastic sealing material. (silicone rubber seal. )
11) The holding weight of the Frame should be transfer to the building, due to U shape glass can't withstand the pressure.
9.4 The gap between 2pcs above end of the U shape glass must above 20mm.
10.4 Installation
1)When putting the U shape glass into the above and below frame, the below frame depth at least 12mm, the above frame depth at least 20mm.
2)There must have 3-5mm (glue gap)gap between the glass and glass.
